By accessing and using StyleMate ("the App"), a product of Nexova Labs Pvt Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of Service

StyleMate provides AI-powered fashion recommendations, virtual try-on services, and wardrobe management features. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. AI Services and Third-Party Processing

Our app uses Google Cloud AI services for image processing, analysis, and virtual try-on features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your images will be processed by Google's AI services
• Google may process and store your images according to their own privacy policies
• StyleMate is not responsible for how Google processes, uses, or stores your data
• You must accept our AI Consent Notice before using AI-powered features

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• AI credit purchases are optional and used for virtual try-on features
• Credit purchases may require an active platform subscription
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with advance notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, access to premium features continues until the end of the billing period

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexova Labs Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

StyleMate (TM) and the StyleMate logo are trademarks of Nexova Labs Pvt Ltd. The StyleMate logo is a registered trademark.

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant StyleMate a license to use, store, and process your content solely for providing the service.
